Before you enter a photography contest, be sure to read the fine print. More and more contests are grabbing sweeping rights to use the images that photographers enter into their competition. I just found out that I’m one of the finalists in the Photographer’s Forum magazine annual photography contest. Over 3,400 photographers from around the world sent in photographs. I’ll find out where I finish in August.
